Regency Court - A 155,000 square-foot upscale shopping destination of fine apparel stores, specialty retailers, service providers and restaurants anchored by Publix Supermarket. Regency Court was developed as part of the master-plan for the premiere Woodfield Country Club and is surrounded by many other affluent, gated residential communities.

The Barbar Center - A $175 million mixed-used project planned as the center-piece of the redevelopment of downtown Boca Raton, Florida, including 1.5 million square feet of office and retail space, a hotel, and a public plaza. This project involved assembling 14.5 acres in downtown Boca Raton and working with the City’s Redevelopment Agency and the State of Florida to obtain the necessary approvals and entitlements. The Barbar Center project received the American Institute of Architects’ Award of Honor in Architecture for its outstanding design.

Woodfield Country Club - An 830-acre family-oriented community of luxury custom estates and residential homes, priced from $250,000 to >$5 million. The community features an 18-hole championship golf course, 90 acres of lakes and a central recreational village including its Golf, Racquet, Dining, and Swim and Fitness Club amenities. This property was planned, developed and marketed by Barbar.

Woodfield Hunt Club - A community of 328 single-family homes competitively priced from $300,000 to $2 million built to coincide with the economic expansion of the region. This former riding club site was the first property in 20 years to be annexed into Boca Raton city limits. With local architecture predominately Spanish, Woodfield Hunt Club continues to offers a rare classic English equestrian theme with family-oriented appeal.

Lakes at Boca Raton - A 430-acre, planned unit development neighborhood including 1,240 residences and an 8.5-acre commercial site. The residential portion of the project was developed exclusively for Ryland Homes, a national builder listed on the NYSE. Homes were initially priced at $125,000-$375,000.

Spanish River Gardens - A neighborhood of luxury single-family homes, including many waterfront sites and environmentally sensitive land. In consultation with the municipality, Barbar developed the site plan to include a protected natural area and wetland for the enjoyment of an enclave of 75 upscale residences.

Spanish River Villas - Located adjacent to Spanish River Gardens, the former owner of this site felt its location held no potential for development because of railroad tracks nearby. Barbar envisioned an innovative site plan, purchased the property, and developed a complex of 14 townhomes with pool/recreation area.

Coral Key Villas - A luxury single-family neighborhood located on the Intracoastal Waterway in Lighthouse Point, Florida. This site was originally owned by Florida Palm Aire and was zoned for > 800 hi-rise condominium units. Barbar negotiated the purchase of the site and rezoned the property for 25 premiere single-family waterfront home sites consistent with the firm’s environmental design philosophy.
