Student Housing and On-Campus Football Stadium
Trustee
In order to transform their main Campus, the University decided to build 2,400 new beds along with an on-campus football stadium. They had selected a well-known Developer to complete the project. As a Trustee, Anthony was the architect that guided the negotiation and closing of the first phase of Innovation Village, along with the development of the University’s on-campus football stadium. In addition to being the immediate past Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Anthony is Chair of the Board of the DSO that owns and operates the stadium and housing facilities.
THE RESULT:
The University was able to overcome multiple obstacles in an effort to transform their campus, setting the stage for a university wide transformation.
