University Student Housing
Team Development,Planning, Presentation and Negotiation
A public university issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish student housing on a unique, waterfront, satellite campus through a public-private partnership. An out-of-state, student housing developer was interested in responding to the RFP for the project. BARBAR was retained to advise the developer on potential partners for the team and to assist in the planning, presentation, and negotiating phases.
THE RESULT:
Even though another developer was considered the favorite to win the project, the team BARBAR helped assemble developed a strong proposal and the developer was awarded the project.
