VA Clinic Bid
Site and Partner Selection, Lease Negotiation,
A Hospital System desired to respond to the Government’s Request for a Veterans Clinic within the Hospital System’s service area. The Hospital System had a piece land that was sufficient to meet the needs of the VA. BARBAR was able to work with the Hospital System to attract several developers to the site, negotiate with each developer to develop the best deal for the Hospital System and give the site the best chance to succeed with the VA.
THE RESULT:
The Hospital System was able to attract several developers to its site to create the best opportunity for the Hospital and the VA.
